We are proud to announce that Bethel School District has joined the NMC member community of schools! Located in Spanaway, Washington, Bethel is the 16th largest district in the state with more than 18,000 students enrolled across 17 elementary schools (K-5), six middle schools (6-8), and three senior high schools. The district also encompasses one alternative high school, an online elementary academy, and a school of choice (K-7).

Currently, Bethel School District is in the second phase of a 21,000 iPad K-12 roll out, which will transform instruction and learning by infusing technology into curriculum and challenge based learning.

Working in cooperation with parents, business leaders, and the greater community, Bethel School District schools aim to achieve the mission of providing a safe educational environment where students can develop and apply the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and values needed to realize their maximum potential.

The district boasts progressive programs including the Bethel Acceleration Academy, an innovative self-paced curriculum for former students who want to earn their high school diploma as well as the Bethel Elementary Learning Academy, which offers a blended learning experience for K-5 students.
