Session Description
With the aid of inexpensive and even free tools, geotagging has become increasingly easier. This session will introduce geotagging of photographs for teaching, learning, research, and fun. A pocket-sized device, GiSTEQ Phototrackr and its integration with Google Maps, Google Earth, and Flickr will be demonstrated along with examples of how the technology may be used in a research application and for the display of walking routes and points of interest at the conference site.
