The NMC Selects the 2013 K-12 Ambassadors

The New Media Consortium, in partnership with lynda.com, has selected 22 K-12 education professionals for its new NMC K-12 Ambassador Program. The Ambassadors range from district CIOs to teachers to directors of technology and many other roles in between.

Innovate: OSU's Annual Conference on Technology in Teaching and Learning

Innovate is Ohio State’s annual conference on technology in teaching and learning. It’s the largest of its kind in the Midwest, taking place March 26-27 in the 4-H Center on Ohio State’s West Campus.

University of Central Florida Dives into Blended Learning via MOOC

The University of Central Florida (UCF) announces the second offering of its popular MOOC (massive open online course) for blended learning faculty and designers: BlendKit2012. Based around the open-licensed BlendKit Course instructional materials contained within the Blended Learning Toolkit website, BlendKit2012 will run as a five-week cohort (fromMonday, September 24 to Monday, October 29, 2012) facilitated by UCF’s Dr. Kelvin Thompson and Dr. Linda Futch.

Stanford University's Cloud-based Copyright Clearance: A Win-Win for Content Creators and Users
