Happy Holidays + Catch Up on All Things EdTech!

See video

Ahh, vacation: it's finally here. Whether you're relaxing around a fire with friends and family, jetting off somewhere tropical, or just doing a whole lot of nothing (which is sometimes the best thing of all), we want to wish you Happy Holidays! Thanks to you, dear NMCers, 2011 has been a productive and wonderful year ...and we have a catalog of videos and publications to show for it.

This holiday vacation, we invite you to catch up on all things EdTech by downloading free reports, videos, presentations, etc. from the NMC iTunes U collections

First thing's first. Have you read all the NMC Horizon Reports of 2011 yet? In the NMC Horizon Report series, we've been charting the impact of emerging technology on teaching, learning, and creative inquiry for a decade now. This year, there are specific reports for Higher Ed, K-12, museum, the UK, and New Zealand — plus a lot of other informative materials accompanying the full reports that you should check out.

We've seen a lot of you at our live webinars throughout the year, but in case you missed any of them, we've got you covered. From showcases on projects and organizations that are improving STEM+ education, to exploring the potential and impact of learning analytics, it is clear that the 2011 has been a transformative year for the EdTech landscape. And, 2012 is already looking to be huge.

It always amazes us how much the NMC Community accomplishes. If you need a refresher, look no further than our official video series, the NMC VoiceWe're always looking to highlight your institutions' amazing projects, so drop us a line at communications@nmc.org if you want your story featured.

If you like what you see, than get yourself an awesome holiday gift by subscribing to any of our iTunes U collections that intertest you. We're constantly updating them to include new free resources. By subscribing, you get notified every time something relevant is added. We'll even be adding new stuff over the holidays because EdTech just keeps moving along ...and so do we.

Happy Holidays to you and yours, on behalf of all of us at the NMC. Thank you for enriching learning experiences all over the world.
