Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by check or credit card on or before August 5, 2007.

Cancellations postmarked on or before August 5, 2007 are entitled to a full refund. There will be no refunds after this date. If you cancel after August 5, 2007, you may name another person to take your place for a $25 substitution fee.
