Manipulate Images To and From Flickr with Dumpr

Dumpr.net is a free webp-based tool that allows you to select images from your flickr account, apply a number of special effects, and then have them saved, or uploaded back to your flickr account as a new image.

For example, I took this image of Bryan Alexander and Julie Little at the January 2007 EDUCAUSE/ELI conference 

and converted it in dumpr using the outline tool to get:

Or this image, taken on the NMC Campus in Second Life

and be processed in dumpr to make it appear as a framed image in a fine museum:
