A block of sleeping rooms and special rates have been secured for the attendees of the 2012 NMC C-LAB Meeting. The room rate is $169 single/double. All NMC hotel guests will receive complimentary high-speed internet access in their guest room.
Self parking is $18 per day; Valet parking is $26 per day.
All reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, February 1 in order to ensure room availability and the special rates.
Reservation cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date will be subject to cancellation fees.

The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located approximately 7 miles from the Hilton Austin Downtown and is about a 15 minute drive. Taxis can be found easily at the airport and the cost is approximately $20 to/from the airport/hotel. Shuttle services found at the airport cost approximately $10.
